1. Returns within 30 days
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, parts and accessories included. Items showing signs of use may be refused or refunded partially.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on hazardous or restricted goods that carriers may not transport, items already activated, opened or consumed where resale would be unsafe, personal hygiene products once unsealed, custom-made items, gift cards, or products marked “Final Sale” on the product page before you ordered.
2. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the defect and the packaging. We will send a replacement or missing part, arrange a repair, or issue a full refund including original shipping — your choice, subject to availability. If returning the item would cost more than it is worth, we may refund or replace it without requiring a return.
3. Return shipping costs
- Our error or a faulty item: we pay.
- Change of mind: you pay.
4. How to return and when you get refunded
Email postmaster@campvessel.com with your order number and the reason — please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back. We reply within 2 business days with an RMA number and the return address. Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outer box, and ship with a tracked service.
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show the funds. Original shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error, a faulty item, or cancellation before dispatch. Import duties and taxes paid to your local authorities are generally not recoverable from us.

For international returns, declare the parcel as “Returned Goods — No Commercial Value” to avoid customs charges, which we cannot reimburse.
5. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you more, local law applies.
EU and UK customers: you also have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and to send them back within a further 14 days; we refund within 14 days of receiving them or your proof of dispatch. Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality — if they do not, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund, with at least 2 years of statutory liability in the EU. Our 30-day window is in addition to these rights, not a replacement for them.
Australia and New Zealand: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund plus compensation for foreseeable loss; otherwise you are entitled to repair or replacement.
United States: where the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
To exercise any legal right, email us with your order number. We will never ask you to waive a statutory right as a condition of a refund.
